Ivano Gioffreda
The Lead Farmer at Amadeco, Ivano has worked in the agricultural sector for the last 30 years. He joined Amadeco at the very beginning of the project bringing his extensive knowledge of the region.
Ilaria Galluccio
First joined Amadeco in 2024 as a WWOOFer, and her passion for the land led her to stay on as a full-time farmer. She now plays a dual role, contributing to the farm's daily work while also welcoming and guiding the WWOOFers who come to experience sustainable agriculture firsthand.
Andrea Ferraro
Farmer and maintenance manager, Andrea has worked in agriculture in Salento for the past 20+ years. He joined Amadeco at the inception of the project.
Huber Ratano
Farmer joined Amadeco in the latter part of 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience and enthusiasm for sustainable agriculture and innovative farming practices.
Domenica Ciardo
Domenica looks after the interior maintenance
and the rooms for the guests at Amadeco.
Born and raised in Depressa, she is a key member of the community and an invaluable asset at Amadeco.
Creative direction
Gavin Youngs, film director, and Alessandro Bonavita, creative director, worked for over 15 + years for major global brands and advertising agencies. They recently decided to turn their attention to using their skill set to communicate and promote projects around eco-system restoration and reforestation which led them to syntropic agriculture. In 2022 they joined the Amadeco team to curate the communication for the project as well as study Syntropic Agriculture. Through Amadeco they seek to develop a brand that speaks truly about regeneration.
