Things are taking shape across our fields as we move into summer.
We are pleased to announce that we will trial a new home or our Saturday Market this year in the Lamia, located in our Frutteto Sintropico.
This new home will serve as our community meeting place with events and our Saturday market.
If you are in the region, we invite you to join us for an opening on June 13th

saturday 90 minutes visit
A long-format walk designed for those who want to understand not just what we grow, but how and why.
Over 90 minutes, we take you through the syntropic agriculture practices that guide every decision we make at Amadeco — from the way we structure our fields to the relationship between trees, crops, and the living soil beneath them. The visit includes a detailed look at the four Designs, the framework at the heart of the syntropic method, which shape how our land is organized and cared for across time. It's a genuine deep dive, meant for the curious, the committed, and anyone who believes that how we farm matters as much as what we harvest.

The tour begins with a brief introduction to the history and vision behind AmadecoThe walk takes you through different areas of the field, each illustrating how we implement the key principles of the syntropic method.
At each stop, we explain the thinking behind the design choices and what the land is being asked to do.
